These terms apply when you upload your content (a photo or video) to James Hype. By uploading, you agree to them.
You confirm that you created the content or have permission to share it, that everyone clearly identifiable in it has agreed to appear, and that you are 18 or over (or have a parent/guardian's permission). You keep ownership of what you upload.
You grant James Hype (Bubblemint X LLC) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, store, reproduce, adapt and share your upload across James Hype channels and with third parties, at no charge to you. This specifically includes posting your content on James Hype's social media generally (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and any other James Hype accounts), and sharing it with industry repost, fan and dance-music accounts who may also post it on their own channels, in connection with James Hype. You may be credited, but credit is not guaranteed. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.
Don't upload anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that you don't have the right to share. Uploads are automatically screened and we may remove or decline any content at our discretion.
Uploads are shown for about 30 days and are then automatically deleted.
Your personal data is handled under the James Hype Privacy Policy. The guestlist competition has its own competition terms.
To remove your upload or report content, email help@jameshype.com.
